  Worst Stay Ever!!! Charged us on $250 for saying we left our kitchen and bathroom in a bad shape, but actually we wiped tables after we had breakfast and the bathroom were relatively clean when we check out. On our check in day, we arrived at late night and were extremely tired, and we disappointedly found that one of our bed wasn't prepared. There was a mess on the bed. Then we called the "front desk" number, they don't even have a front desk actually, the one who picked up my phone was very rude and she yelled at me. Moreover, there was no apology from her for the inconvenience they left to us. However, the lady who came for making that unprepared bed was very nice and kind. She apologized for her miss, and we expressed our thanks to her for coming that late. I am now still worry about the safety of my credit card. I wonder if this loft would charge me further for some ridiculous reasons. I'm starting doubt are they making money through this way. The fact is we did burn a pot when cooking. But we are more than willing to pay for this damage, and we apologized to the property owner. However, the charge on saying us did not respect the apartment we would never agree with that. First of all, we did not left the room in bad shape. Second, the charge on cleaning the damage of pot should not exceed the value of the pot. Third, they didn't willing to give us the details on the $250 charge, for example the value of pot, the time they spent clean on the pot, the first exceeded time they spent clean the room.
  I love the Quebec City, but the experience with this loft became my most memorable part of this city. I called several times on several days. The owner apparently does not want to discuss this with me, and she avoided to pick up my call. When we finally had connection, she hang up when our conversation was not over.
  If you want a pleasant trip in Quebec City and you want to keep your credit card safe. Stay away from this loft.
